Ph.D in Physical Chemistry
Dr. Ashour is the co-inventor of Radma Carbon’s foundational technology. She previoulsy worked as a Senior Research Scientist at Biokol Sverige AB. Dr. Ashour was a post-doctoral researcher in Chemical Engineering Department at Royal Institute of Technology (KTH). She has multiple years of experience across academia and industry with proven success in project management. She has 13 publications and is holding 2 patents.

Ph.D in Metallurgy and Environmental Engineering
Dr. Yang was a postdoc in Material Chemistry at Stockholm University. She has 3+ years of experience in research project development and management. Dr. Yang is also a co-inventor of the "HLCP" technology whose exploitation study is being run with the GO-Bio initial funding from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in Germany. She has 15 scientific publications and is the co-inventor of 7 Chinese patents.
